Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the IT Doo application and related services (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
This document is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice.
1. About the Service
IT Doo is a focus timer application that helps people in IT stay productive using Pomodoro-based techniques, compete in weekly leagues, and connect with other IT professionals. The Service is available on iOS, Android, Web, macOS, and Windows.
The rights holder of the Service is Individual Entrepreneur Sergey Evgenievich Rozhkov (OGRNIP 323246800070969, INN 246310082661).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- One account per person. Do not share your account or let others use it.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating your account.
4. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service;
- copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
5. User conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- manipulate focus session data or artificially inflate focus time (using bots, scripts, or other automated means);
- create false or misleading profile information;
- harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
- impersonate another person or entity;
- use the Service to send spam, advertisements, or unsolicited messages;
- attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Service;
- scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service using automated tools.
6. Leagues and rankings
League rankings are based on focus time logged by users. We reserve the right to adjust rankings, remove manipulated data, or suspend accounts that violate fair play rules. Decisions regarding ranking integrity are at our discretion.
7. User profiles and social features
- Profile information you provide may be visible to other users.
- You are responsible for the content you share in your profile.
- IT Doo is not responsible for interactions between users outside of the Service.
- You may block or report other users through the mechanisms provided in the app.
8. User data and personal information
The Service processes only the minimum data technically necessary for core functionality (for example, an authentication identifier and technical infrastructure data). We do not collect or process any personal data beyond what is strictly required for the Service to operate.
Any additional information that a user enters into the Service (including profile content, display name, bio, avatar, and any other data) is provided entirely voluntarily, at the user’s own initiative and at their own risk. The user is solely responsible for choosing what information to share and bears full responsibility for the nature, accuracy, legality, and scope of any data they make available through the Service. By providing such information, the user confirms that they have the right to share it and that it does not violate the rights of third parties.
The Service acts as a technical platform. We do not request, require, or encourage users to submit personal or sensitive information beyond what is technically necessary. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the user’s decision to voluntarily disclose information through the Service.
By using the Service, you agree that your data may be transferred to and processed outside your country of residence in accordance with the IT Doo App Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, content, branding, and features, is owned by Individual Entrepreneur Sergey Evgenievich Rozhkov and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce specific productivity results.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the rights holder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. The Service is provided free of charge. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed $50 (USD).
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
12. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or the Service.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you through the app or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law based on your jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the applicable legal framework.
